Conspiracy Theory Of The Day

Let me start off by saying that I am not a "conspiracy theorist", however there is something I do need help understanding. Conspiracy theory? You decide. Here's what I "think" may have happened in this years election. Anyone remember ACORN and the infamous "register everyone including the dead and all Disney characters"? Here's my issue of conspiracy. How could Obama, supporter of abortion and homosexual marriages win the presidential election and yet in Florida, Arizona, Arkansas and California there has been a ban on gay marriage? Didn't Obama win Florida and Califoria? And yet the very thing he supports (i.e., homosexual marriage) lost! Is America truly as liberal as it has been portrayed to be, or did ACORN register Mickey, Minnie and the gang and had their votes pass? It amazes me how several states that Obama won (that McCain needed to win) didn't elect Democratic senators but elected Republican senators. You mean to tell me that these states only wanted a Republican senate but not a Republican president? I don't know, it smells fishy to me. Again, it's only a "theory".

Let's Get Controversial

I want to briefly discuss something that has lately been "lost in translation". After hearing some stats today from the FOX News channel, I wanted to define a word that has been once again lost in translation. That word is "Evangelical/ism". According to recent polls, over 30% of "Evangelicals" have voted for Barack Husein Obama for president. Therefore, the evangelical vote has once again become a factor in the election. With that said, I may get a little controversial for those who define "evangelical" differently, however I want to make sure we truly know what an "evangelical" is. Evangelical comes from the Greek word "Euaggelion" which means "the Gospel of Jesus Christ (His birth, death, and resurrection). Therefore, an "Evangelcal" is one who not only believes in, but also lives by the truth of the Gospel of Christ that is found in His Word (The Bible). However, it amazes me how many people around the U.S. consider themselves "Evangelicals" but not live by the Gospel! For example: There has been many so-called "Evangelicals" who voted for Barack Obama in this election. Everyone from pastors, to priests to church members. (Now let's get controversial) Yet, Barack Obama supports abortion, homosexual marriages, partial birth abortion, late term abortion, teaching children from kindergarten the meaning of homosexuality, as well as wanting to teach sex in the 3rd grade. As "Evangelicals" who believe in the Bible, Jesus Christ and the Gospel, it would be against Scripture to support such a one who believes and supports what is contrary to the Word of God. Therefore, if anyone who voted for Obama, knowing full well that he supports such autrocities, is truly not "Evangelical"! It is impossible to call yourself "Evangelical" and support what is contrary to Scripture. So I urge you to seriously think twice and seriously who you truly are. Because "Evangelical" you are not.

Why I Think McCain Will Be The Next President

Contrary to what we have been hearing and seeing on the news, especially from the mainstream liberal left-wing media, I still believe that John McCain will be the next President of the United States (and Sarah Palin the VP). Here's the reason to this logic. (Again, this is my opinion). If you look at the viewership of the 3 main T.V. stations (NBC, CBS, ABC), from the past 6 months until now, each station has lost thousands of viewers, especially CBS and Katie Couric. When we look at the top 3 cable news stations (FOX, CNN, MSNBC) every news station except FOX News has lost thousands of viewers. FOX is the only station that has gained thousands of viewers the past 6 months and has never declined since! The only show on CNN that has gained thousands of viewers that has not declined like Anderson Cooper, has been the Glenn Beck Program. Every other CNN program has had a massive decline in viewership. Check this one out: The most listened to or watched programs on air are: Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity (on radio and television), Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilley, Michael Medved, Mark Levin, and Dennis Miller. Every other liberal talk show on television and/or radio has lost thousands of viewers in the past 6 months. Now, let's take a look at the Presidential/VP debates and speeches. The VP debate of Palin vs. Biden was the most watched debate in Vice Presidential history and beat out the viewership of all 3 Presidential debates! The infamous Barack Obama "Mile High" speech with the Greek columns behind him was watched by millions, yet the speech that Sarah Palin made at the RNC was the most watched speech this year and beat out Obama's speech in viewers! When Palin was on CBS and interviewed by Katie Couric, that was the most watched interview Katie Couric ever had! In the 7 minutes that Palin was on Saturday Night Live, that was the most watched show in 14 years of SNL! Do you see where I am going with this? America is not as "liberal" and "left" as the media itself puts out to be. If it was, conservative television and talk radio would be declining and not gaining! So, when you go to te voting booth, let not your heart be troubled, McCain will win this election despite the tactics of the liberal left media!

Let's Call It For What It Is!

What I am about to say may "seem" stereotypical, however, it truly is not my motive here. I do want to however call an "Ace of spade" an "Ace of spade". It just seems to me that Obama supporters are just meaner people. They trash talk, cut down, put down, call names, make fun of, discredit, makes songs about, and spew out trashy political statements if you are NOT a supporter of the Almighty Barry Obama! (Again, they learn this from their leader and his V.P.) Here is a news story from WTAE-TV 4 in Pittsburgh, PA. It just once again speaks for itself. Call it for what it is!

HOT OFF THE PRESSES! Obama Presidential Acceptance Speech

On November 4th, Presidential candidate Barack Husein (aka-Barry, The Messiah) Obama, has just "leaked" his speech to the Townhall Bloggers to give them a first hand look as to what he expects to say at his Presidential Acceptance Ball.

(After the 15 minute thunderous applaud and standing ovation-speech begins)
"Thank you, thank you, you may be seated. Today, America has spoken and went to the polls with 'Change' on their minds! (Applaud sign raised-crowd applauds) I want to start off by thanking a few important people for making my dream of being the first individual not born in America to become President of the United States! (Middle Eastern "Tongue Cry" sign raised-women yelp with their tongues) America is without a doubt a country of possibilities. I never thought it possible to be born in Kenya and yet become President of this country. Did I not tell you for the past 16 weeks that 'Change' is coming? Thus, I would like to thank my wife Michelle for saying the right things at the right time. Hopefully now in you mid-adult life, that you are finally proud of being an American again sweetheart! (Chant "USA" sign raised-people chant) I want to thank William Ayers for standing by my side through all the right-wing drilling we both took. We almost got caught didn't we? Whew! Thank Allah, I mean God that the American people didn't dig deeper into our relationship. If this was a game of Marco Polo, we would have lost a month ago! (Chant "Billy Ayers" sign is raised-people chant) Thanks again Billy! I also want to thank my pastor, mentor, best friend the reverend Jeremiah Wright! (Applaud sign raised-people applaud) Pastor, it's an honor to have had you by my side through all the scrutiny. Fox news, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity were on target about us. Yet thanks again to the American people for not digging deeper into my ties with social radicalist. So pastor, barbeque at my house on the east lawn! (Chant sign "BBQ" raised-people chant) I want to thank my Imam and counterpart Louis Farrakahn for your amazing support that you and the nation of Islam has shown this Kenyan brother now American President-Asa lama lakum! You and father Flamer, I mean Flager, have been an amazing support! Thank you for giving the speeches of White domination and Black depression, to show the American people that hate speeches do work when you say them right! (Chant sign "Down with White-E" raised-people chant) I also want to thank ACORN for your non-stop, in your face, you better vote attitude! I am still tickled that Ohio and Florida allowed Marlyin Monroe to vote in both states! Thanks to you ACORN the voice of the dead can be heard from beyond the grave and the voice of every childs imaginary friend can be registered to vote like decent human beings! Did I not tell you that 'Change' is coming? (Chant "Change" sign raised-people chant) I want to also thank Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Oprah Winfrey and Michael Jackson for being my favorte rich White friends! Last but certainly not least, I want to thank the Media for all the support, protection and free publicity that you gave this Kenyan brother! Thank you for deflecting the attacks from the 'right' and for demeaning the character of both McCain and Palin. Thanks to CNN, NBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, Chris Matthews, Keith Overbite, I mean Olberman, The View (especially Joy Behar), Madonna, Barbara Streisand (you are the nicest Jew I know), Larry King, Al Franken and the whole Saturday Night Live crew! Thanks to you and the power of television, I was never drilled about my associations with the radical left, my birth certificate never came out in public, my communistic/socialistic views were kept under the table and my Muslim/Christian faith was never challenged. Wow! I can't believe I'm President! (Applaud sign raised-people not applauding) You guys fell for it! A Kenyan became President and you never challenged it! This is amazing! Did I not tell you 'Change' is coming? Hey where is everyone going? Don't you want to stay for the food? It only costs $1000.00 a plate. Don't you want to use this to spread the wealth? Hey, c'mon guys! Why you leaving? This is what you wanted, right? You hated America so much, you voted in a Kenyan. Come back....come back......come back.... (The End)

The Racial Divide (Colin Powell)

It strikes me funny how "brave" people can be when behind a computer. However, what I am about to say must not be mistaken as me trying to be "brave" and "opinionated" due to the fact that you will probably never see my face or know where I live. Yet, I feel that the American people (politicians especially) need to be "straight up" in there beliefs and their politics. Therefore, I will speak for Colin Powell since he didn't have the guts to say what he really meant. Let's be honest here, Powell DID NOT endorse Obama because of his message of "change" and the promise that he (Obama) made to change the world as we know it. He DID NOT endorse Obama because he has a better plan of attack in the war on terror. He DID NOT endorse Obama because he is excited of the thought of being "patriotic" in paying more taxes. These things are further from the truth! Powell endorsed Obama because this is the most historical election in American history with the chance of putting the first ever African-American in the Oval Office. This is truly a racial issue. For as long as Powell has been in politics and involved in the Bush Administration, Obama and his politics and philosophy are the complete opposite of Powell's political beliefs. Complete night and day! Therefore, his endorsement is completely because of race and not politics (Again, not trying to be brave behind a computer). I have several African-American friends that are Christian and Conservative, yet their vote is for Obama for the mere fact that history can be made! If I wanted so badly that history be made, as a Latino I would have voted for Bill Richardson because he has some Hispanic blood in him! Look folks, let's not be ignorant. This should not be about race and culture, but about integrity, character and what is best for Americans (black, brown, white)! Dr. Martin Luther King said it best in his infamous 'I Have A Dream' speech: "I have a dream, that one day my children would not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.." If you are voting because of race (on either side), let's be wiser than that. Skin color does not define character and integrity! Associations with unrepentant terrorists, radical clergymen and deceiving organizations are the issues of character and integrity!  America does not need to vote in order to make history, America needs to vote for who is of good character or else America will be history!

The Latino Vote

I don't know what is up with my people, but c'mon! It seems that everywhere I go, when I talk to a Latino about politics they seem more confused than Michael Jackson's color! It usually goes something like this; "I vote democrat because my family has voted democrat all their lives. My grandma told me that democrats are for the poor and the republicans are for the rich. I live in the barrio, I am poor (although I have a Escalade parked in my backyard), therefore I vote democrat." C'mon Latino's get your head out the menudo! This is why I am excited to hear about the Hispanic Democrats For McCain! Finally, Latino's who look beyond the party and look into the future. What also amazes me is that an actor from Mexico named Eduardo Verastegui has to record a message from Mexico to Latino Americans to be cautious of the radicalism of Obama! I want to encourage my Latino familia to pay attention to the issues and not the necessarily the party your mom and dad vote for. Be smarter than that!

The Tale Of The Smelly Presidential Hopeful

Please know that I use the title lightly and in jest. However, did you happen to read the article by CBS's very own Dean Reynolds? He wrote this article as a "side by side" comparison of the presidential candidates. Thus, when I use the title "The Tale Of Smelly Presidential Hopeful", you will understand what I am talking about. Check out this LINK and let the article speak for itself!

Evangelical Look At The Presidential Election

In today's society, Christian evangelicals are not looked at "the same" as times past. Christian evangelicals were at one time a voice to be heard and respected. However in today's society, the Christian voice has been "downsized" to being fundamentalist haters. It amazes me how society is tolerant of other religions (no matter how radical they may be); yet when it comes to Christianity there seems to be no tolerance whatsoever. Evangelicals have been given the label "right-wing, fundamental, bible thumping, pew jumping, intolerant, homophobes!" Yet, it may be the evangelical vote that shifts this whole election once again. I have been asked on several occasions as to how an evangelical should vote. I want to give you some thought and would like to hear from you as to whether you agree, disagree or can add some extra focus as to the following.
Today, the (3) main issues in America are (not necessarily in this order), 1.) The War On Terror  2.) Financial Deficit  3.) Health Care.
Although these issues are very important and may impact me as well, I as a Christian do not vote based on these three issues. I will explain in a moment. My vote and focus is not necessarily on social issues as much as they are on the issues of morality (i.e. abortion, partial birth abortion, stem cell research, sanctity of mariage, homosexual marriages). I believe that when morality has its voice, society changes for the best. However, when we take a more "postmodern and relativist" approach, language than finds itself entangled in a web of political correctness and liberalism! This is why, the vote on morality is crucial. Change the heart of man, man can than change the course of a culture! You might ask as to why I don't vote based on the above (3) issues, well here is my explanation. As a Christian, I believe that the Bible is the word of God. Thus, I have built my life, ideology and my faith on the foundation of God's holy word. Thus, let me begin with the "War On Terror". Though I don't want war, the Bible says to us in Matthew 24 that "war" is inevitable. In other words, there will always be war. So whether it was Bush in office, Gore, Kerry, Obama or McCain, war will always be. Therefore, I don't vote against what the Bible says is inevitable. It's kind of like voting against the cold weather in December and you live in Colorado! It's inevitable. Second is the "Financial Deficit". Every American, including myself, is feeling the inflation and financial stretch. However, as a Christian, though I live and reside in America, I await a life one day with Christ in heaven. What brings me joy and reassurance is not that we passed a $700 billion bailout, but that my hope is found in my provider-Father God! I don't place my hope on the shoulders of a government, but on the shoulders of the One in whom even the government is on! Thus my hope is in Christ Jesus. Finally, "Health Care." I thank God that I do have medical coverage for my family. It is however very expensive, so I understand what it feels like to pay out the ears for health coverage. Yet, my hope when I am sick is not in Unicare, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, or any other insurance company. My healer is the Lord. So whether He heals me temporarily on earth or decides to heal me eternally by taking me to heaven, I know from where comes my help! Therefore, I vote not on the issues that God takes care of for those who truly belong to Him, but I vote and focus on the issues that effect the eternity of the human heart and soul.
I realize this blog may have been a little too "preachy", I just wanted to give you some insights as to how an evangelical should vote. As a Conservative Latino, I feel it is my earthly duty to encourage not only my Latino/Hispanic people, but all races, all genders and cultures, to remind them that as Christian evangelicals there is no reason to hide in the closet, but to step out and let your voice be heard that there is truly a God in heaven and that the world is better with Him in control!
